What we sell

Illustrated study material on food safety for restaurant and food service workers in the United States, based on the FDA Food Code 2022, delivered as downloadable PDF files. Nothing is shipped physically.

This is study material, not a course or a certification. It does not issue a food handler card, a ServSafe certificate or a Certified Food Protection Manager certificate, and it does not count as training hours. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the FDA, ServSafe or the National Restaurant Association, ANAB or any state or local health department. The practice questions were written for this material; they are not official exam questions.

Your purchase

One payment. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
The download link is emailed to the address you enter at checkout, normally within a few minutes.

What you may and may not do with the files

You may read the files on your own devices and print them as often as you want for your own use. You may not resell them, share them publicly, upload them to file-sharing sites or distribute them to third parties.

Liability

We take care that the content is accurate and based on official sources. Even so, the material is educational: it does not replace accredited training, the rules of your state or local health department or your employer's procedures, which always come first. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to what you paid.
